ENIGMA Consortium
Alternate Titles(s): Enhancing Neuro Imaging Genetics through Meta-Analysis Consortium

- Description
The Enhancing Neuroimaging Genetics through Meta-Analysis (ENIGMA) Consortium is a global project originating from University of Southern California which unites researchers across the fields of imaging genomics, neurology, and psychiatry to understand brain structure and function. ENIGMA consists of 50 active working groups which are organized into four major research cores: Genomics, Disease, Protocol Development, and Healthy Variation. By joining a working group, researchers may access and contribute meta-analyses for locally-collected imaging (MRI, DTI, fMRI) and genetic data that are processed through standard ENIGMA protocols. Some working groups may share pooled raw data among collaborators.
