Through January 6, 2022, Global.health maintained an anonymized individual-level (line) dataset on COVID-19 cases. A list of all contributing institutions may be found here.

The dataset collected the following information where reported/available:

• Demographics (e.g., sex, age range, gender, occupation, nationality, ethnicity)
• Geographic details
• Symptoms
• Event history (e.g., first consult date, testing date, hospitalization date) and outcome
• Medical history/pre-existing conditions
• Other risk factors (e.g., travel history, potential routes of transmission)
• Pathogen and genetic sequencing
• Verifiability (i.e., whether cases have been verified by a data curator)
