Description
The dataset contains data collected from twelve Balb/c mice with metastatic breast cancer (4T1 mammary tumors). Six mice were in the control group and six mice were treated with 5-Fluorouracil (5FU) for metronomic chemotherapy for two weeks. Diffusion MRI (dMRI) and Dynamic Contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) images were collected at baseline and post-treatment. Immunohistochemically (IHC) stains and measurements were also collected following MRI for comparative analysis.
