- NYUMets is a repository of imaging and clinical data contributed by patients participating in the Center for Advanced Radiosurgery clinical registry with stage IV (metastatic) brain cancer. The first data release, NYUMets_Brain v1.0, contains over 20,000 de-identified and anonymized image sequences from 8,003 MRI studies and associated clinical data collected from 1,429 patients. Each patient contributed an average of 6 imaging studies over an average time of 17 months. The dataset includes:
- Expert segmentations: 2367
- T1 pre contrast: 5,542
- T1 post contrast: 7,245
- High-res T1 post contrast: 1,462
- High-res T2: 6,920
- FLAIR: 5,322
- 4860 timepoints of clinical follow-up
- 81,562 medication updates

- Researchers who wish to access NYUMets data must have an active Amazon Web Services account and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in the Dataset Sharing Agreement. The data will be provided via Amazon S3 to the AWS ARN or IAM role specified in the registration form.
