NYUMets

Description

NYUMets is a repository of imaging and clinical data contributed by patients participating in the Center for Advanced Radiosurgery clinical registry with stage IV (metastatic) brain cancer. The first data release, NYUMets_Brain v1.0, contains over 20,000 de-identified and anonymized image sequences from 8,003 MRI studies and associated clinical data collected from 1,429 patients. Each patient contributed an average of 6 imaging studies over an average time of 17 months. The dataset includes:
