    An endomyocardial biopsy, blood draws, and diagnostic imaging (i.e., chest x-rays, echocardiogram) were performed on a 26-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with multisystem inflammatory syndrome with cardiogenic shock and biventricular failure following a COVID-19 infection.
