- Description
- This dataset represents surveys done on three cohorts of newly licensed registered nurses. These surveys were conducted as part of the RN Work Project. The survey interviewed nurses about their jobs; turnover; education; and intentions and attitudes, including satisfaction, organizational commitment, and preferences about work. The different cohorts are:
- Cohort 1: Nurses who obtained their first license to practice between August 1, 2007 and July 31, 2008
- Cohort 2: Nurses who obtained their first license to practice between August 1, 2010 and July 31, 2011
- Cohort 3: Nurses who obtained their first license to practice between August 1, 2014 and July 31, 2015
