- Description
The Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange (ABIDE) is a collection of fMRI and demographics data on individuals with and without autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Data from ABIDE I was released in 2012 and includes data from 539 individuals with ASD and 573 control subjects. Participants' ages ranged from 7 to 64 years old (median 14.7 years). ABIDE II data was released in 2016 and 2017. A total of 1114 datasets from 521 individuals with ASD and 593 control subjects.
Across ABIDE I and ABIDE II, two longitudinal collections are available from University of California Los Angeles and University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
